CASTLE ROCK BREWERY COLLABORATION

THE LIVE CLIENT BRIEF:

Working in small teams, we were tasked with creating a cohesive and exciting concept for a range of Castle Rock craft beers, with a focus on Sustainability and Community.

 

OUTCOME:

The range we created was called ‘The Foragers’, inspired by our beers using sustainably foraged ingredients from the local Nottinghamshire area, featuring:

  • ‘Sting & Dance’ Nettle IPA

  • ‘Mr Fungi” Lion's mane-infused milk stout

  • ‘Berried Treasure” Bilberry fruited gose

Our marketing materials and product designs reflected the sustainable nature of our beers. We received extremely positive feedback about our concepts and were praised for our ‘out of the box, forward-thinking’ approach.

'A GUIDE TO CRAFT BEER'

I created 'A Guide To Craft Beer' as a personal reflection piece, logging the process of the CoLab project. This allowed me to showcase our idea generation and concept development, as well as new experiences such as risograph workshops and beer tasting.
