EVENTS TEAM LEADER - TRENT EVENTS
MAY 2024 - MAY 2025
As an Events Team Leader for Trent Events, I Oversaw Event operations for weekly and termly, university-wide events. I'd effectively communicate with a team of around 90 employees at a variety of large-scale events, with over 2,700 attendees at times.
I successfully boosted social media engagement and event attendance through on-site activations and in-person promotion, resulting in a social media growth of 8k and event attendance increasing by 20%.
I also engaged and built strong relationships with over 70 university societies to promote weekly ticket sales, negotiating exclusive discounts and deals.

CAMPAIGN MANAGER - NTSU VP COMMUNITY & WELFARE
FEBRUARY 2025 - MARCH 2025
I was approached to be a campaign manager for a candidate running for the role of VP Community and Welfare at Nottingham Trent Students' Union. I was responsible for developing and managing the overall campaign strategy, which started with analysing the target audience and understanding what mattered most to students, their concerns, and how they engaged with campaigns.
Using this insight, I created communication content that not only reflected the candidate's vision but also directly addressed student priorities. I ensured all communications content stayed consistent in tone and branding to build trust and recognition across the university.
Ultimately, the strategy was successful and the candidate was successfully elected for the role. The campaign itself was recognised for its clarity, relevance, and strong engagement with the student body.
